SHIPPING:

Please expect your order to ship from our California fulfillment warehouse within 3-7 business days of your order depending on our current queue (this DOES NOT include shipping travel time which is generally 1-5 days at most within the U.S., however please note during the Christmas holiday season the post office does get slower as Christmas approaches).  If you are in need of this product by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All orders are shipped via United States Post Office Priority shipping rates.

RETURNS:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you MUST contact info@TheRareOrchid.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.  The Rare Orchid is not responsible for any costs to return merchandise to us unless otherwise authorized.  All returns/exchanges must receive authorization and a refund or exchange will be gladly given once the item(s) have been returned to our warehouse.  All merchandise returned must be in its original packaging and in the condition it was received.

DISCLAIMER ABOUT OUR JAPANESE WASHI PAPER PRODUCTS:

We collect all our Japanese washi papers from a variety of sources to provide you with the best variety possible.  For that reason we do not necessarily get the same patterns in each batch we make, so if you see something you like on the website snatch it up!  Because the papers we buy are very large sheets which we then process into our product designs, each product using the washi paper has a unique look to itself and looks like no other product of the same paper design.  We pride ourselves with the special individual look one pattern design can give to each product it's applied to, and try our best to represent the general feel of the pattern through all our website pictures.  Some papers are particularly diverse in patterns and we note that in the description of the product, and try to provide a swatch of the entire pattern when possible.  If you find the product that you've received is not to your satisfaction, we are happy to exchange your product under our return policy guidelines.  Thank you for your understanding of the uniqueness of our washi products!
