Wholesale Information

The Rare Orchid offers wholesale of our products to those customers who qualify with valid proof of wholesale requirements. 

Products are sold as follows:

  •  Clip Magnets (bubble finish) - minimum opening order 5 dozen

**SPECIAL** Minimum order ONLY 3 dozen (applies to all orders submitted before November 30th 2008)

SAVE ON SHIPPING! Up to 5 dozen clip magnets fit in our smaller flat rate box for an $11 shipping fee to anywhere in the U.S. Up to 8 dozen clip magnets fit in our larger flat rate box for a $15 shipping fee.
NOTE: TRO carries 150+ patterns exclusively for wholesalers, which are not featured on our website. Wholesale orders are sent by assorted variety only. We are happy to honor any color or pattern preferences (e.g. no yellow, more green, more floral), but do not take specific pattern requests unless special ordered (different minimums apply). Please contact us should you have any questions.

  •  Bubble Stickers - minimum 2 dozen sheets (assorted variety, color/pattern preferences only)
  •  Pinback Buttons - minimum 150 pieces (assorted variety)

All shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes unless otherwise requested. Shipments fulfilled from Palo Alto, CA or Honolulu, HI. Please submit your purchase order via fax (866) 795-5557, e-mail info@TheRareOrchid.com or phone (808) 375-4408 (9 am - 5 pm Hawaii Standard Time). Allow at least a 5-day lead time for all orders placed. Ship time may vary depending on queue, please inquire for accurate quote.

Wholesale vendors must provide proof of business tax license and credit card information (INCLUDING 3-4 digit SECURITY CODE) for all orders. All orders taken by credit card or prepaid check only. Net terms only available to qualified buyers with credit check, references, and application after initial order.
